The Momiform™ Edit 26

I’m hoping that you’ve had a chance to create some new outfit formulas with your basics after last weeks mini masterclass. If you missed it, you can watch it HERE.

How are you doing with all of those New Year Goals? I shared last week that my word for 2022 is FOCUS. One thing that I’ve learned over the years is that I cannot focus in cluttered spaces. I always thought that I was super minimal and then a few months ago… I moved. I moved and realized how much STUFF I actually have. So I’m going through, Declutter Like A Mother, again. It’s an awesome book that my friend, Allie, wrote last year. I obviously needed a little refresh and I’m feeling lighter already.

Speaking of Allie, if one of your goals is to get dressed more consistently in 2022 (YAAASSSS, please) listen these episodes of The Purpose Show to give you some serious tips and motivation:

I’m making a sloooowwwww return to the ‘gram this week so if you use any of these tips, tag me so that I can see!

The magic rule of 3. Ok, so it’s not a hard rule but it’s a guideline that will help you to shop with intention and maximize the outfit potential in your closet. This week I’m styling a basic bodysuit and faux leather leggings for 3 different occasions, just by swapping the layer and shoes. Basics = Outfits and they do not have to be boring!

bodysuit          joggers          blazer

shoes          necklace           earrings

shoes          jacket

shoes          sweater

If you haven’t seen THIS REEL, I show you how to style a basic white bodysuit + jeans 5 ways. Take some time to style your basics this week and see how many outfits you can make with the clothes you already own.

This week inside of the Style Society, we’re setting some goals and learning how to use style to reach those goals. Did you know that style is a tool that can be used to reach goals? I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase, “Dress for the job you want”? There’s a reason for that and science that backs it up. So cool, right? And if that’s not enough for you, maybe knowing that women who dress for the job make an average of 20% more– might just be the motivation you need.
Maybe your goal has nothing to do with money. Are you a stay at home mom who wants to be more present and less reactive? Style can help you.
Looking for confidence? Use style as a tool.
Whether you’re looking to next-level your work from home attire or you need to bounce between corporate life and errands….let’s use style to reach those everyday goals, mama!
